Step 2: YOUR WISH LIST
The fun part! Let’s talk about your wish list! We need to know what you absolutely must have in your new home. We also need to know the dealbreakers. This helps us customize the search for your perfect home.
Step 3: GET PRE-QUALIFIED
Before we put the search into action, we need some price parameters. Talk to a lender to find out what you comfortably can afford. You may be surprised! Low interest rates give you more spending power! We have great lenders we can recommend that can customize a loan that’s just right for you—including down payment assistance if necessary.
Step 4: FIND YOUR DREAM HOME
Let’s start looking! After you look over the listings we’ve sent to you, tell us what homes best fit your wish list. We’ll take care of setting up appointments and discovering all the home’s details you need to know to make an informed decision.
Step 5: WRITE A WINNING OFFER
It’s time to make an offer! We’ll find out just what the sellers are looking for in an offer so we can get the offer accepted. This is a competitive market, but our offers get accepted. We will never offer more than you feel comfortable offering, but, sometimes, price isn’t the most important thing to the seller. We communicate with the seller’s agent, so we know what it takes to win the bid!
Step 6: CLOSE & CELEBRATE
Close on your new home! There are some steps after you win the bid (inspections, appraisals, and loan qualifying), but we’ll guide you through it and make sure everything goes smoothly for you.
